| Działając zgodnie z §80 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych […] („Rozporządzenie”) Kierownictwo SERINUS ENERGY plc („Spółka”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2023. Raport roczny za rok 2022 r. - 20 marca 2023 r. Raport za I kwartał 2023 r. - 11 maja 2023 r. Raport za I półrocze 2023 r. - 14 sierpnia 2023 r. Raport za III kwartał 2023 r. - 27 listopada 2023 r. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że na podstawie §60 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia nie będzie przekazywała jednostkowych śródrocznych raportów okresowych, a jedynie skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne i półroczne. Ponadto, zgodnie z §79 ust. 10 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, że skonsolidowane sprawozdanie z płatności na rzecz administracji publicznej zostanie przekazane przez Spółkę w dniu 31 maja 2023 r. |
