Zarząd Spółki STS Holding S.A. („Emitent”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w 2023 roku:

Raport roczny:
– raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2022 rok: 22 marca 2023r.

Raport półroczny:
– skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2023 roku: 6 września 2023r.

Raporty kwartalne:
– skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał 2023 roku: 17 maja 2023r.
– skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2023 roku: 8 listopada 2023r.

Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że na podstawie §62 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29.03.2018r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”) przekaże skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne, zawierające kwartalne informacje finansowe i nie będzie przekazywał odrębnych raportów kwartalnych.

Równocześnie na podstawie §62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia Emitent przekaże skonsolidowany raport półroczny zawierający półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie finansowe i nie będzie przekazywał odrębnego raportu półrocznego.

Na podstawie §79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Emitent nie będzie przekazywał jednostkowego i skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2022r. i za II kwartał 2023r.

Podstawa prawna: §80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29.03.2018r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

	Report 2/2023 Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2023 26-01-2023 The Management Board of STS Holding S.A. (the “Issuer”) announces the dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2023: Annual report: – annual report and consolidated annual report for 2022: 22 March 2023. Semi-annual report: – consolidated report for the first half of 2023: 6 September 2023. Quarterly reports: – consolidated report for Q1 2023: 17 May 2023. – consolidated report for Q3 2023: 8 November 2023. At the same time the Issuer informs that pursuant to Art. 62 sec. 1 of the Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and interim information delivered by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (the “Regulation”), it will provide consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information and will not provide separate quarterly reports. At the same time, pursuant to Art. 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer will provide a consolidated semi-annual report containing condensed semi-annual financial statements and will not provide a separate semi-annual report. Pursuant to Art. 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish a separate or consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2022 and Q2 2023. Legal basis: Art. 80 sec. 1 of the Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and interim information delivered by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
