Notice to the Noteholders “EURO 650,000,000 SUBORDINATED LOWER TIER II FLOATING RATE NOTES DUE 2016 12NC7" ISIN XS0203450555 With reference to the above issue, UniCredit S.p.A. in accordance with the relevant Pricing Supplement dated 19 October 2004 and the Final Terms dated 15 December 2005, having obtained the prior approval of the Bank of Italy, will exercise its option to early redeem in whole the Notes on 21 October 2011 (the “Early Redemption Date").
