Zarząd XTPL S.A. („Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym zawarł umowę, która uruchamia proces przeprowadzenia ewaluacji technologii z OSRAM Opto Semiconductors Gmbh („Partner”) – spółki zależnej OSRAM – globalnego koncernu z branży oświetleniowej z siedzibą w Monachium, Niemcy („OSRAM”).

Realizacja umowy ma na celu potwierdzenie parametrów technologii rozwijanej i komercjalizowanej przez XTPL oraz ocenę możliwości zaimplementowania jej do procesu wytwarzania nowej generacji produktów Partnera w zakresie tworzenia precyzyjnych połączeń przewodzących dla półprzewodników, obecnych w urządzeniach oświetleniowych.

W myśl podpisanego porozumienia, każda ze stron ponosić będzie koszty swoich działań tj.: Emitent - koszty wytworzenia nadruków na podłożach Partnera, a Partner - koszty przygotowania i przesyłania podłoży do prowadzenia prac, koszty zaawansowanych analiz wytworzonych nadruków i oceny rezultatów prób technologicznych, oraz wizyt referencyjnych w siedzibie Emitenta.

Zarząd Spółki uznał fakt zawarcia umowy uruchamiającej ewaluację technologii dla OSRAM za informację poufną, ponieważ potencjalny klient funkcjonuje w ramach nowego dla Emitenta pola aplikacyjnego (branża oświetleniowa) i jest jednym z globalnych liderów tego rynku, a zatem istnieją przesłanki, że realizacja ww. porozumienia może mieć istotny wpływ na przyszłą sytuację przychodową Emitenta.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) hereby announces that today it has signed an agreement which starts the process of evaluation of its technology with OSRAM Opto Semiconductors GmbH (the “Partner”) – a subsidiary of OSRAM – the global corporation from the lighting industry based in Munich, Germany (“OSRAM”). The purpose of the agreement is to confirm parameters of the technology developed and commercialized by XTPL and to assess the possibility of implementing it in the process of manufacturing the Partner’s new generation products, specifically in respect of creating precise conductive structures for semi-conductors present in lighting devices. Under the agreement signed, each party will be responsible for their respective costs, i.e. the Issuer – for the cost of printing on the Partner’s substrates, while the Partner – for the cost of preparing and sending the substrates, the cost of advanced analyses of the prints and evaluation of technological tests, as well as the cost of reference visits to the Issuer's headquarters. In the opinion of the Company’s Management Board the signing of the agreement which starts evaluation of technology for OSRAM is to be considered inside information because the potential client operates within an application field which is new to the Issuer (lighting industry) and is one of the global leaders of this market, so there are reasons to believe that implementation of the above agreement may have a significant impact on the Issuer’s future income position.
