Treść raportu:

Zarząd XTPL S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Emitent”), podaje do publicznej wiadomości, że raporty okresowe Emitenta w 2025 roku będą publikowane w następujących terminach:
- skonsolidowany i jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2024 - w dniu 28 kwietnia 2025 roku;
- skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał 2025 roku - w dniu 28 maja 2025 roku;
- skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2025 roku - w dniu 25 września 2025 roku;
- skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2025 roku - w dniu 25 listopada 2025 roku.

Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że nie będzie publikować raportów kwartalnych oraz skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2024 roku oraz za II kwartał 2025 roku.
Ponadto Emitent informuje, iż w skonsolidowanych raportach kwartalnych i półrocznych zawarte będą odpowiednio kwartalne i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe.

	Title: Dates of publication of the periodic reports in 2025 Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering - current and financial reports Content of the Report: The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the “Issuer”) announces that in 2025 the Issuer’s financial reports will be published on the following dates: - annual consolidated and standalone report for 2024 - on 28 April 2025; - consolidated report for Q1 2025 - on 28 May 2025; - consolidated half-yearly report for H1 2025 - on 25 September 2025; - consolidated report for Q3 2025 - on 25 November 2025. At the same time, the Issuer informs that the Issuer will not publish quarterly reports or consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2024 and Q2 2025. Moreover, the Issuer informs that the consolidated quarterly and half-yearly reports will contain quarterly and half-yearly, respectively, condensed standalone financial statements.
