Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – A third investor appears in the company, so far split among two clashing teams.

Next to two groups of investors – from Lodz and Warsaw, each controlling 10 percent of Prochink’s shares – another investor has appeared at the company. This is Krzysztof Grabowski, the owner of Tiffi company with headquarters in Nidzica. The company sells female clothes in over 100 shops in Poland, Europe and Asia. The businessman has 4m shares of Prochnik, or 4.2 percent of capital. He was unavailable for comment – every time “PB” asked questions he hanged up. According to “PB” sources, however, he wants to engage in the company for a longer period of time.

At the upcoming GSM, two new members of the supervisory board will be chosen because there are only 5 of them instead of 7. Besides, a decision concerning the future of the company will be made. It is just a formality, the management says. Last year, the company had PLN 5.7m of net loss, more than spare and reserve capital, which means that the voting about the future of the company is a must.
