Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Centrostal Gdansk, the distributor of steel products, is going to receive PLN 6.3m (EUR 1.5m) for Przedsiebiorstwo Budowlane Kokoszki construction company. “We expect the first instalment at the end of the year”, Zbigniew Canowiecki, Centrostal Gdansk CEO said. Centrostal had PLN 0.7m of net income last year.

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) - Computerland (CL), Poland's listed IT company, has acquired the rights to the so called "Urzad" system and the employees of Efekt Software. The transaction, whose value has not been revealed, will allow CL to get 50 clients from among local authorities. The company estimates that the market will grow to PLN 200m (EUR 49.7m) within 2-3 years.
