Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Solidarnosc trade union of Ruch, the press distributor, who is close to submit its issue prospectus, announced it would go on strike. On Thursday, the union questioned the company’s evaluation and the sense of its IPO. On Friday it threatened with a strike.
The future coalition members must not allow for a wild and unprepared privatisation looking like a try to steal the cash, Solidarnosc wrote in its letter.
Ruch may submit its prospectus this week. The company plans to raise PLN 120m (EUR 30.8m) for investments. Krzysztof Zyndul, deputy Minister of Treasure, said that the prospectus might be sent to the securities and exchange commission KPWiG as early as next week unless there is much to be changed.
