Chapman Freeborn, a British broker of airline charters, has launched three firms. Its Polish unit has been transformed into Air Logistics.

 "This company will sell cargo services offered by airlines cooperating with Chapman Freeborn", Rafal Gontar, the managing director in Chapman Freeborn Poland said.

 

The company sells about 300 tons of cargo each month.

 

"We have 20 percent of the Polish cargo market", Rafal Gontar estimated. 

 The second company - Chapman Freeborn Airchartering will deal with passenger and cargo charters. The third one, Air Dispatch, will focus on air tickets.

 "It will sell tickets and extra luggage fees for, among others, AirEuropa or Centralwings", Rafal Gontar explained.

 Last year, Chapman Freeborn had PLN 32m (EUR 8.2m) of sales in Poland, up from PLN 22.8m a year earlier. Chapman Freeborn offers 5-10 charters a month.

 "We organize 4-350 seats in planes", the director said.

 The company operates in 21 countries, mainly in Europe, but also in the USA, China, or India.
