| Zarząd Alior Banku S.A. („Bank”) informuje, iż w dniu 17 maja 2024 r. agencja ratingowa Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings („S&P”, „Agencja”) poinformowała Bank o potwierdzeniu długoterminowej i krótkoterminowej oceny ratingowej Banku na dotychczasowym poziomie oraz o poprawie perspektywy ratingowej Banku ze „Stabilnej” na „Pozytywną”. Rating Banku na dzień publikacji niniejszego raportu przedstawia się następująco: • Rating długoterminowy emitenta („Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating”) na poziomie ‘BB+’ z perspektywą pozytywną, • Rating krótkoterminowy emitenta („Short-Term Issuer Credit Rating”) na poziomie ‘B’, • Rating kontrahenta przymusowej restrukturyzacji („Resolution Counterparty Rating”) na poziomie BBB/A-2. Agencja wskazała, że zmiana perspektywy związana jest z poprawą struktury portfela kredytowego Banku, zaostrzeniem standardów udzielania kredytów oraz aktywną redukcją udziału kredytów niepracujących. Dodatkowo Agencja podkreśliła wysoką zdolność Banku do samodzielnego generowania kapitału, która będzie wspierać możliwość wypłaty zysków akcjonariuszom oraz ułatwi dalszy rozwój akcji kredytowej. | Confirmation of the rating and improvement of the rating outlook of Alior Bank S.A. by Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the "Bank") informs that on May 17, 2024, the Standard & Poor's Global Ratings rating agency ("S&P", "Agency") informed the Bank about the confirmation of the Bank's long-term and short-term rating at the current level and about the improvement of the Bank's rating outlook from "Stable" to "Positive". The Bank's rating as at the date of publication of this report is as follows: • Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of 'BB+' with a positive outlook, • Short-Term Issuer Credit Rating of ‘B’, • Resolution Counterparty Rating of BBB/A-2. The Agency indicated that the change in the outlook is related to the improvement of the structure of the Bank's loan portfolio, tightening of lending standards and active reduction of the share of non-performing loans. In addition, the Agency emphasized the Bank's high ability to generate capital on its own, which will support the possibility of distributing profits to shareholders and facilitate further growth of lending.
