Zarząd Benefit Systems S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) przekazuje wykaz akcjonariuszy posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki w dniu 3 lutego 2021 roku („Walne Zgromadzenie”):

1) James Van Bergh – 517.195 akcji reprezentujących 517.195 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu; procentowy udział głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu – 23,28%; procentowy udział głosów w ogólnej liczbie głosów: 17,87%;

2) Benefit Invest Limited – 300.421 akcji reprezentujących 300.421 głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu; procentowy udział głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu – 13,52%; procentowy udział głosów w ogólnej liczbie głosów: 10,38%;
