| Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. [„Spółka”, „JSW”] informuje, iż w dniu 11 kwietnia 2024 roku podjął uchwałę o wystąpieniu siły wyższej w JSW i poinformowaniu kontrahentów Spółki o jej wystąpieniu oraz jej konsekwencjach dla zobowiązań objętych działaniem siły wyższej. Podjęcie przedmiotowej decyzji jest związane z wystąpieniem w dniu 5 kwietnia 2024 roku pożaru endogenicznego w KWK Budryk. W wyniku dokonanych analiz szacowane skutki zdarzenia w 2024 roku ocenia się na 400 tys. ton zmniejszenia poziomu produkcji w KWK Budryk. Spółka informuje, że na dzień sporządzenia niniejszego raportu nie jest możliwy do określenia pełny wpływ zdarzenia na perspektywy Spółki i jej Grupy w przyszłości. W przypadku istotnych zmian wynikających z prowadzonych analiz, JSW będzie informowała odrębnymi raportami bieżącymi. |

| Subject: Announcement of force majeure in JSW Body of the Report: The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“Company”, “JSW”] reports that on 11 April 2024 it adopted a resolution on the occurrence of force majeure in JSW and the notification of the Company’s business partners of its occurrence and the ensuing consequences for the obligations affected by the operation of force majeure. The decision in question is related to the occurrence of an endogenous fire at KWK Budryk on 5 April 2024. As a result of the analyses conducted, the impact of the event in 2024 has been estimated at 400 thousand tons of reduction in the production level at KWK Budryk. The Company reports that as at the date of preparing this report, it is not possible to specify the full impact of the incident on the future prospects of the Company and of the JSW Group. In the event of material changes stemming from the analyses conducted, JSW will provide information in the form of separate current reports.
