| Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. [„Spółka”] podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2024: 1. Jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2023 rok – 19 marca 2024 roku 2. Skonsolidowane sprawozdanie z płatności na rzecz administracji publicznej za 2023 rok – 19 marca 2024 roku 3. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2024 roku – 21 maja 2024 roku 4. Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2024 roku – 29 sierpnia 2024 roku 5. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2024 roku – 26 listopada 2024 roku Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że: - na podstawie § 62 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim [„Rozporządzenie”] nie będzie publikowała jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych. W związku z czym skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne będą zawierały kwartalną informację finansową, - na podstawie § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała jednostkowego raportu półrocznego, w związku z czym w skonsolidowanym raporcie półrocznym będzie zamieszczone półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie finansowe wraz z raportem firmy audytorskiej z przeglądu, - na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała skonsolidowanego raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2023 roku oraz za II kwartał 2024 roku. Wszystkie raporty okresowe zostaną umieszczone na stronie internetowej Spółki [www.jsw.pl] w zakładce Relacje Inwestorskie/Raporty giełdowe/Raporty okresowe. | Subject: Publication dates of periodic reports in the financial year 2024 Legal basis: Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offerings – current and periodic information Body of the report: The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces the dates of publication of the Company’s periodic reports in the financial year 2024: 1. Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2023: 19 March 2024 2. Consolidated report on payments to the public administration for the financial year 2023: 19 March 2024 3. Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024: 21 May 2024 4. Consolidated report for H1 2024: 29 August 2024 5. Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2024: 26 November 2024 At the same time, the Company hereby reports that: - Pursuant to § 62 Section 1 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent (“Regulation”) it will not publish standalone quarterly reports. Accordingly the consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly financial information. - Pursuant to § 62 Section 3 of the Regulation, it will not publish its standalone half-year report and accordingly the consolidated half-year report will contain the condensed half-year financial statements and the audit firm’s review report, - Pursuant to § 79 Section 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish its consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2023 and for Q2 2024. All the periodic reports will be published on the Company’s website (www.jsw.pl) in the Investor Relations/Stock Market Reports/Interim Reports.
