| Zarząd KRUK S.A. (Emitent) informuje, że w dniu 14 grudnia 2023 roku powziął informację o pozytywnej decyzji jednej z wiodących instytucji finansowych we Włoszech (Sprzedający) w zakresie zawarcia pomiędzy jednostką zależną Emitenta, Kruk Investimenti s.r.l. z siedzibą w Mediolanie (Nabywca), a Sprzedającym umowy cesji portfela wierzytelności z tytułu niezabezpieczonych wierzytelności detalicznych o wartości nominalnej do 280 mln EUR (1 212,6 mln zł wg. kursu średniego NBP z dnia 13 grudnia 2023 roku). O zawarciu Umowy Emitent poinformuje osobnym raportem. |

| Current Report No. 89/2023 Date: December 14th 2023 Subject: Seller’s decision to conclude debt assignment agreement Legal basis: Art. 17(1) of MAR – Inside information Text of the report: The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Issuer”) announces that on December 14th 2023 it was notified of a positive decision by one of the primary financial institutions in Italy (the “Seller”) concerning conclusion of a debt assignment agreement between the Company’s subsidiary – Kruk Investimenti s.r.l. of Milan, Italy and the Seller whereby the former will purchase an unsecured retail debt portfolio with an aggregate nominal value of up to EUR 280m (PLN 1,212.7 m translated at the average exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for December 13th 2023). Upon conclusion of the agreement, the Company will release a separate report to announce it. |
