| Działając na podstawie § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych [...] („Rozporządzenie”), Zarząd Mabion S.A. („Spółka”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych Spółki w 2021 roku: - raport roczny za 2020 rok: 15 kwietnia 2021 r. - raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2021 roku: 20 maja 2021 r. - raport półroczny za I półrocze 2021 roku: 16 września 2021 r. - raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2021 roku: 18 listopada 2021 r. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia nie będzie publikowała raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał 2020 r. oraz za II kwartał 2021 r. |

(“Company”) is hereby releasing the dates for submission of the Company’s periodical reports in 2021 to the public: - annual report for the year 2020: 15 April 2021 - quarterly report for the first quarter of 2021: 20 May 2021 - semi-annual report for the first six months of 2021: 16 September 2021 - quarterly report for the third quarter of 2021: 18 November 2021 Simultaneously, the Company would also like to note that – pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation – it will not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2020 and for the second quarter of 2021. |
