The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. (“Company”) informs that on January 4 2021, the Company was notified that the Management Board of the Prague Stock Exchange ("PSE") adopted decision No. B/177/2020/LM dated December 29, 2020 on the introduction to trading on the regulated Standard Market of 60,000,000 (sixty million) ordinary series A shares of the Company, with a nominal value of 0.01 EUR (one euro cent) each (ISIN code "NL0010391108") as of January 5, 2021.
At the same time, on the basis of the above-mentioned decision, the Management Board of the PSE decided on the exclusion of the Company's ordinary shares from the unregulated Free Market, as of the close of trading on January 4, 2021.
