| The management board of Photon Energy N.V. announces that it has received its first sustainability rating, being awarded a rating of ‘very good’ with 75 out of 100 points by imug | rating, an independent institution that assessed the Company’s policies and activities in the area of sustainability. imug’s ratings are attributed based on the following scale: weak, moderate, good, very good, excellent. imug | rating is one of the leading sustainability rating agencies in Germany and a specialist in environmental, social and governance (ESG) research. imug | rating has been active in the fields of sustainable finance and socially responsible investment (SRI) for over 20 years. The company’s references include major asset managers and alternative banks as well as institutional investors and NGOs. In 2020, the Company laid the foundations for strategic management, controlling and reporting practices that are fully geared towards sustainability. Photon Energy Group released its first annual sustainability report in March 2021, formally expressing the Company’s commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes.
