The Management Board of QUARTICON S.A. (“Company”) provides in the attachment to this report, a periodic report for the first quarter of 2019.
Simultaneously the Company informs that the periodic report for the first quarter of 2019 in the English version will be disclosed on the Company's website tomorrow afternoon.
