| Reinhold Europe AB (the Company) informs, that today following changes in the Company management have been made: 1. Ms. Gunvor Engström has resigned as the chairman of the Board of Directors and she is not the Board member any longer. 2. Mr. Lars Malmgren, the Board member, has been appointed as the new chairman of the Board of Directors. 3. Mr. Björn Löjdquist has been appointed as a new CEO (Managing Director) of the company and starts his work from 1st January 2016. Mr. Löjdquist was employed for many years as project manager for Saab Automobiles, responsible for the company’s separation from General Motors, market entry projects in China for Saab Automobile and Russia for Volvo. Today he works with corporate finance at Consensus Asset Management. |
