| Reinhold Europe AB (the Company) informs, that the shareholders of the Company during the AGM which took place on 23 October 2015 appointed new members of the board of directors: Mr. Gunvor Engstrom (deputy director, governor, CEO in bank) and Mr. Sven Otto Littorin (former labour minister, self employed in the asylum reception sector).
