Sadovaya Group S.A., a joint stock company under Luxembourg law, with registered office at 65, boulevard Grande-Duchesse Charlotte L–1331 Luxembourg, registered in the Luxembourg Register of Companies under No. B 153.489, (the “Company"), hereby informs about the following: Intertrust, the company provided management and domiciliation services to Sadovaya Group informed us about its resignation, in particular: – as of December 23, 2013 Mr.Eriks Martinovskis and Mr.Douwe TERPSTRA, the Directors B of Sadovaya Group informed about termination of their employment. The date of Extraordinary General meeting of the Shareholders concerning new Directors B assignation will be informed in 30 days prior to the Meeting. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 of Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, and Article 14 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
