| Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie (”Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 4 grudnia 2024 r. Spółka zależna Emitenta – Selvita d.o.o. (“Spółka”) otrzymała istotne zlecenie od firmy biofarmaceutycznej z siedzibą w Wielkiej Brytanii (“Zlecenie”, “Klient”). Zlecenie przedłuża i rozszerza dotychczasową współpracę pomiędzy stronami w ramach umowy ramowej świadczenia usług zawartej pomiędzy Klientem a Spółką w dniu 23 stycznia 2024 r. (“Umowa”). Przedmiotem Zlecenia, które będzie realizowane od 1 grudnia 2024 roku do 31 grudnia 2025 roku, jest wsparcie programów badawczych Klienta w obszarze chemii medycznej. Wartość prac zleconych w ramach Zlecenia wyniesie 1.595.600 GBP (8.261.379 PLN przeliczone po średnim kursie Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 4 grudnia 2024 roku, 1 GBP= 5,1776 PLN). Całkowita wartość usług przewidzianych do wykonania na rzecz Klienta w ramach Umowy w 2025 roku wynosi 2.153.584 GBP (11.150.396 PLN przeliczone po średnim kursie Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 4 grudnia 2024 roku, 1 GBP= 5,1776 PLN). Biorąc pod uwagę wartość Zlecenia oraz rozszerzenie współpracy z Klientem, Zarząd Emitenta uważa otrzymane Zlecenie za istotne. |

| Receipt of a significant purchase order The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in Krakow (“Issuer”), hereby informs that on December 4, 2024, the company affiliated with the Issuer – Selvita d.o.o. (“Company”) received the purchase order (“Order”, “Client”) within existing cooperation under a framework of Master Service Agreement dated January 23, 2024, concluded between the Company and biopharmaceutical company based in the United Kingdom (“Agreement”). The subject matter of the Order, which will be performed from December 1, 2024, until December 31, 2025, is medical chemistry support for the Client’s research programs. The total value of the work commissioned under the Order amounts to GBP 1,595,600 (which equates to PLN 8,261,379 when converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on December 4, 2024, where 1 GBP = 5.1776 PLN). The total value of the services to be delivered to the Client in 2025 under the Agreement amounts to GBP 2,153,584 (which equates to PLN 11,150,396 when converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on December 4, 2024, where 1 GBP = 5.1776 PLN). Taking into account the value of the Order and the extension of cooperation with the Client, the Issuer’s Management Board considers the received Order to be significant.
