NOTICE TO THE BONDHOLDERS bond issue “UniCredito Italiano S.p.A. 2007/2017 obbligazioni a tasso variabile a 10 anni subordinate Lower Tier II callable" ISIN IT0004295728 – Series number 5 With reference to the above mentioned bond issue, notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Final Terms dated 16 November 2007, UniCredit S.p.A., having obtained the prior approval of the Bank of Italy, intends to exercise its option to early redeem in whole the bonds on 28 December 2012 (the “Early Redemption Date"). The bonds will be redeemed at par and the interests shall cease to accrue on the Early Redemption Date.
