Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje o podjęciu przez Emitenta w dniu 15 września 2025 decyzji o utworzeniu na dzień 30 czerwca 2025 odpisu aktualizującego dotyczącego pracy rozwojowej – Technologia BLAST w kwocie 1 947 014,72 zł ogółem. Odpis w koszty wynika z przeprowadzonej na dzień 30 czerwca 2025 analizy. Odpis następuje z powodu rozpoznania istotnego ryzyka, że praca ta nie przyniesie spodziewanych korzyści finansowych.
Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że odpis ma charakter jednorazowy oraz niepieniężny. Nie ma wpływu na stan środków pieniężnych, płynność finansową Spółki lub możliwość realizacji celów strategicznych.
Ostateczna kwota odpisu i wartość wyniku netto zostaną zaprezentowana w sprawozdaniu finansowym Spółki za I półrocze 2025.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: “the Company”, “Issuer”) informs that on September 15, 2025, the Issuer decided to create a write- off as at June 30, 2025 related to development work – BLAST Technology in the total amount of PLN 1,947,014.72. The write-off to expenses results from an analysis conducted as at June 30, 2025. The write-off is due to the recognition of a significant risk that this work will not bring the expected financial benefits. At the same time, the Company informs that the write-off is one-off and non-monetary. It dos not affect the Company's cash position, financial liquidity, or the ability to achieve its strategic objectives. The final amount of the write-off and the net result will be presented in the Company's financial statements for the first half of 2025.
