The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE seated in Warsaw (hereinafter the Company) informs that today the Company has received from a member of the Supervisory Board, Ms. Magdalena Gatzinska, a statement on her resignation from the Company's Supervisory Board with effect from February 15, 2024. According to the content of the resignation, it was submitted for personal reasons.
Legal basis:
§ 3 (1) (7 ) of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
