| The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE, based in Warsaw, acting pursuant to Article 70(3) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies of July 29, 2005, announces the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting on January 4, 2024. - CARLSON VENTURES INTERNATIONAL Ltd 3,962,021 shares, giving 3,962,021 votes, which accounted for 61.55% of the number of votes at the EGM and 46.30% of the total number of votes, - BOUCHARD ET CIE SA 1,694,297 shares, giving 1,694,297 votes, which accounted for 26.32% of the number of votes at the EGM and 19.80% of the total number of votes, - Artur Piotr Jedrzejewski - 424,222 shares, giving 424,222 votes, which constituted 6.59% of the number of votes at the EGM and 4.96% of the total number of votes |
