ICECODE: Podsumowanie subskrypcji akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii K / Summary of the subscription for series K ordinary bearer shares

Zarząd Ice Code Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), w związku z przeprowadzeniem subskrypcji akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii K, wyemitowanych na podstawie uchwały nr 3/07/2025 Zarządu Spółki z dnia 31 lipca 2025 r., w sprawie podwyższenia kapitału zakładowego Spółki w ramach kapitału docelowego, zmienionej uchwałą nr 2/08/2025 Zarządu Spółki z dnia 20 sierpnia 2025 r., w załączeniu przekazuje podsumowanie subskrypcji akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii K.

Podstawa prawna raportu: §4 ust. 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), in connection with the subscription of series K ordinary bearer shares, issued pursuant to Resolution No. 3/07/2025 of the Management Board of the Company dated 31 July 2025 on the increase of the Company’s share capital within the framework of authorized capital, as amended by Resolution No. 2/08/2025 of the Management Board of the Company dated 20 August 2025, hereby submits, attached hereto, the summary of the subscription of series K ordinary bearer shares.

Legal basis of the report: § 4(1) of Annex No. 3 to the Rules of the Alternative Trading System “Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market.”
