| Działając zgodnie z § 80 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych […] (Rozporządzenie) Zarząd KRUK S.A. (Spółka, Emitent) podaje do publicznej wiadomości daty przekazywania raportów okresowych KRUK S.A. w roku obrotowym 2025: - Skonsolidowany raport za IV kwartał 2024 roku zostanie opublikowany 27 lutego 2025 roku, - Jednostkowy raport roczny oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2024 rok zostaną opublikowane 27 marca 2025 roku, - Skonsolidowany raport za I kwartał 2025 roku zostanie opublikowany 28 kwietnia 2025 roku, - Zgodnie z § 79 ust.2 Rozporządzenia, raport kwartalny za II kwartał 2025 roku nie będzie publikowany. - Skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2025 roku zostanie opublikowany 26 sierpnia 2025 roku. - Skonsolidowany raport za III kwartał 2025 roku zostanie opublikowany 29 października 2025 roku. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, iż w roku 2025 kontynuować będzie przekazywanie skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających kwartalną informację finansową, o której mowa w § 62. ust. 1 Rozporządzenia oraz skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego zawierającego skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia, w miejsce publikacji odrębnych jednostkowych i skonsolidowanych raportów odpowiednio kwartalnych i półrocznego. |

| Current Report No. 1/2025 Date: January 2nd 2025 Subject: Dates of publication of interim reports in 2025 Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Public Offering Act - Current and periodic information Text of the report: Acting pursuant to Par. 80.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29th 2018 on current and periodic information (the “Regulation”), the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces the release dates for the Company’s full-year and interim reports to be published in the financial year 2025: - Consolidated Q4 2024 report will be published on February 27th 2025, - Separate and consolidated full-year reports for 2024 will be published on March 27th 2025, - Consolidated Q1 2025 report will be published on April 28th 2025, - In accordance with § 79.2 of the Regulation, the quarterly report for the Q2 2025 will not be published. - Consolidated H1 2025 report will be published on August 26th 2025, - Consolidated Q3 2025 report will be published on October 29th 2025. The Company further announces that in 2025 it will continue to publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information referred to in Par. 62.1 of the Regulation and a consolidated half-year report containing condensed half-year financial statements referred to in Par. 62.3 of the Resolution instead of separately publishing quarterly and half-year consolidated and separate reports. |
