| Zarząd Medinice S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości wykaz akcjonariuszy posiadających co najmniej 5% liczby głosów na ZWZA Spółki z dnia 22 czerwca 2023r. 1. Sanjeev Choudhary, któremu przysługiwało 1 502 891 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu, które stanowiły 62,9% udziału w głosach na walnym zgromadzeniu w 22 czerwca 2023 r., które stanowią 23,3% udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów. 2. Piotr Łukasz Suwalski, któremu przysługiwało 400 000 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu, które stanowiły 16,7% udziału w głosach na walnym zgromadzeniu w dniu 22 czerwca 2023 r., które stanowią 6,2% udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów. 3. Nationale Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny, któremu łącznie przysługiwało 356 200 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu, które stanowiły 14,9% udziału w głosach na walnym zgromadzeniu w dniu 22 czerwca 2023 r. oraz 5,5% udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów. 4.
