| The management board of Photon Energy N.V. announces that as of today the Company shares are listed on the electronic trading platform XETRA, Germany’s leading trading platform for listed companies provided by Deutsche Börse AG, and that it has mandated BankM AG as designated sponsor. BankM AG will provide additional liquidity by committing to enter binding bid and ask prices (quotes) in the XETRA order book and therefore will provide for extra liquidity in the respective shares. After the inclusion of the shares to the XETRA trading platform, the Company’s shares will continue to trade on the Frankfurt, Warsaw and Prague Stock Exchanges. |
