| Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie („Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 26 kwietnia 2023r. spółka zależna Emitenta – Selvita d.o.o. z siedzibą w Zagrzebiu, Chorwacja („Spółka”) otrzymała informacje, że oferta Spółki została wybrana jako najkorzystniejsza w postępowaniu przetargowym, prowadzonym przez Gminę Brdovec („Sprzedający”) na nabycie nieruchomości w miejscowości Savski Marof o powierzchni 26.901 m2 („Nieruchomość”). Tym samym, Selvita d.o.o. została zaproszona do zawarcia umowy zakupu Nieruchomości. Termin na zawarcie umowy nabycia Nieruchomości wynosi 30 dni od daty decyzji Sprzedającego o wyborze najkorzystniejszej oferty. Cena za nabycie Nieruchomości przez Spółkę została ustalona na kwotę 550.000 EUR. Nabycie Nieruchomości, zlokalizowanej w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie innych spółek z sektora life sciences/pharma, ma na celu zabezpieczenie możliwości dalszego rozwoju organicznego Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta w Zagrzebiu poprzez budowę w przyszłości własnej infrastruktury laboratoryjnej i jest zgodne z ogłoszoną Strategią Grupy Kapitałowej Selvita na lata 2022-2025 opublikowaną w raporcie bieżącym nr 12/2022 z dnia 31 marca 2022r. |

| Invitation to enter into a real estate acquisition agreement by Selvita d.o.o. The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow ("Issuer") informs that on April 26th, 2023, the Issuer's subsidiary - Selvita d.o.o. with its registered office in Zagreb, Croatia ("Company") received information that the Company's offer was selected as the most advantageous in the tender procedure conducted by the Municipality of Brdovec ("Seller") for the acquisition of a property in the town of Savski Marof, with an area of 26,901 m2 ("Property"). Therefore, Selvita d.o.o. was invited to enter into a purchase agreement for the Property. The deadline for concluding the agreement for the acquisition of the Property is 30 days from the date of the Seller's decision to select the most advantageous offer. The price for the acquisition of the Property by the Company has been set at EUR 550,000. The acquisition of the Property, located in the immediate vicinity of other companies in the life sciences/pharma sector, aims to secure the possibility of further organic development of the Issuer's Capital Group in Zagreb through the future construction of its own laboratory infrastructure and is consistent with the announced Strategy of the Selvita Capital Group for the years 2022-2025 published in the current report No. 12/2022 dated March 31st, 2022. |
