Thanks to unemployment figures from the USA which showed 40,000 less seeking work there, the Warsaw stock market made a gains of 1.4 percent. Almost PLN100m worth of shares were sold in Warsaw. Meanwhile yet again the German market fell to a six year low and the Japanese bourse to a new 19 year low.
