Warsaw (Pul Biznesu)- Nafta Polska, the state agency created to privatize the chemical sector, is finalizing the process in four largest chemical producers, including Tarnow, Kedzierzyn, Zachem and Sarzyna. Two potential investors, Ciech (Sarzyna and Zachem) and German Petro Carbo Chem (Kedzierzyn and Tarnow) have managed to negotiate social agreements with trade unions.
