Zarząd spółki CI Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki zwołanym na dzień 21 marca 2024 roku („NWZ”) akcjonariuszami posiadającymi powyżej 5% głosów byli:
1. Marek Tymiński, który dysponował na tym NWZ głosami w liczbie 53 083 570 z akcji w liczbie 53 083 570. Stanowiło to 57,81% w liczbie głosów na tym NWZ oraz 29,02% w ogólnej liczbie głosów w Spółce;
2. ACTIVE OWNERSHIP FUND SICAV-FIS SCS z siedzibą w Luksemburgu, który dysponował na tym NWZ głosami w liczbie 36 618 931 z akcji w liczbie 36 618 931. Stanowiło to 39,88 % w liczbie głosów na tym NWZ oraz 20,02 % w ogólnej liczbie głosów w Spółce.

Mr. Marek Tymiński, who held 53 083 570 votes at the EGM based on 53 083 570 shares held. This constituted 57,81% of the number of votes at that EGM and 29,02% of the total number of votes in the Company; 2. ACTIVE OWNERSHIP FUND SICAV-FIS SCS with a registered office in Luxembourg, who held 36 618 931 votes at the EGM based on 36 618 931 shares held.
