Luxembourg, 65, boulevard Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, registered in the Luxembourg Register of
Companies under No. B 153.489, (the "Company"), hereby informs that the following shareholders
held over 5% of the total votes represented at the Company’s annual general meeting of shareholders
held on 20 June 2012:

 Connektico Ventures Limited – 32 314 270 votes, constituting 100% of votes represented at
the AGM and 75% of total votes

Legal grounds: article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offerings and Conditions Governing the Introduction
of Financial Instrument to Organised Trading System and Public Companies.
