Zarząd VIGO Photonics S.A. z siedzibą w Ożarowie Mazowieckim („Emitent”, „Spółka”) w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 5/2023 z dnia 19 stycznia 2023 r. informuje, że uległ zmianie termin publikacji raportu rocznego za 2022 r. Nowy termin publikacji raportu rocznego za 2022 r. to 18 kwietnia 2023 r. Pozostałe terminy publikacji raportów okresowych wskazanych w harmonogramie opublikowanym raportem bieżącym nr 5/2023 nie uległy zmianie.

Podstawa prawna: § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.
