Oznacza to, że gra „Lords of the Fallen” została dopuszczona do wydania na platformę Sony Playstation 5 oraz Microsoft Xbox Series X|S.
W związku z wyznaczoną na dzień 13 października 2023 r. datą premiery gry „Lords of the Fallen” i istotnością tego projektu dla Spółki, Zarząd Spółki uznał za zasadne zakwalifikowanie niniejszej informacji jako poufnej w rozumieniu przepisów art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia MAR.

The Management
Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“)
hereby announces that the certification process of “Lords
of the Fallen”
 for
the Microsoft Xbox Series X|S and Sony Playstation 5 platforms has been
completed. This means that the game “Lords
of the Fallen”
 has
been approved for release on Sony Playstation 5 and Microsoft Xbox
Series X|S platforms.


Given the
scheduled release of “Lords
of the Fallen”
on
13 October 2023 and the relevance of this project for the Company, the
Management Board of the Company considered it reasonable to qualify this
information as confidential within the meaning of Article 17 (1) of the
MAR Regulation.
