("Emitent") informuje, że w dniu 7 marca 2023 roku pan Rod Cousens, Dyrektor Współzarządzający Grupą i Emitent osiągnęli wzajemne porozumienie w sprawie zakończenia pełnienia przez pana Roda Cousensa funkcji wykonawczych w Grupie, ze skutkiem na dzień 7 marca 2023 roku. | Resignation of Mr. Rod Cousens from the Position of Co-Chief Executive Officer Huuuge, Inc. (the Issuer) informs that on March 7, 2023, Mr. Rod Cousens, the Group's co-Chief Executive Officer and the Issuer reached a mutual agreement to end Mr. Cousens’s executive service with the Issuer, effective March 7, 2023.
