Zarząd Sfinks Polska S.A. (“Sfinks"), w nawiązaniu do RB 56/2008 z dnia 31 grudnia 2008, informuje na podstawie danych otrzymanych z banków, że faktyczna wycena obydwu transakcji na stopy walutowe i procentowe, zawartych w dniu 8 sierpnia 2008 roku i w dniu 14 października 2008 roku, wyniosła łącznie PLN -8,8 mln według stanu na 31 grudnia 2008 roku.

Ponadto Zarząd Sfinks informuje, w nawiązaniu do wypowiedzenia umowy pożyczki z dnia 8 października 2008 roku, że kwota PLN 2,0 mln została już spłacona tej osobie fizycznej. Jednocześnie Sfinks oficjalnie zażądał od Sfinks France SAS spłaty analogicznej pożyczki – Zarząd Sfinks poczyni wszystkie niezbędne kroki w celu odzyskania tych pieniędzy.

Negocjacje z bankami dotyczące prolongaty spłaty zobowiązań kredytowych nadal trwają.

	Regulatory Announcement 2/2009 dated 12 January 2009; Valuation of currency transactions; The Management Board of Sfinks Polska S.A. ("Sfinks"), with reference to RB 56/2008 dated 31 December 2008, informs that, based on the data received from banks, the actual valuation of both currency and interest arrangements, dated 8 August 2008 and 14 October 2008, amounted to the total of PLN -8.8 million as of 31 December 2008.; Also the Sfinks Management Board informs that, with reference to the cancellation of the loan agreement dated 8 October 2008, the payment in the amount of PLN 2 million has been already executed to the individual. At the same time Sfinks officially asked Sfinks France SAS to repay the corresponding loan – the Management Board of Sfinks will take all necessary steps to recapture this money.; The negotiations with banks related to the prolongation of credit facility repayments still continue.
